NatuFragance sells 100% authentic fragrances.

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to any brand manufacturers unless explicitly stated.

All trademarks, brand names, and logos belong to their respective owners.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in USD.

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify prices at any time

  • Correct pricing errors

  • Cancel orders due to incorrect pricing

Payments are securely processed through Shopify’s payment system.

5. Shipping

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

Perfumes contain alcohol and are shipped via ground services in compliance with shipping regulations.

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers such as:

  • USPS

  • UPS

  • FedEx

6. Returns & Refunds

All sales are final.

Due to hygiene and safety regulations, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been processed or shipped.

Exceptions may apply in cases of damaged or incorrect items (see Return Policy).
