All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed and shipped.

Fragrances are personal-use products and cannot be resold once opened or handled.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive:

  • A damaged product

  • A defective item

  • The wrong item
